It is so much more than just a physical practice. Yoga is a way of life.


In my class, you will use a combination of meditation, breath, movement, philosophy, and postures.


Yoga allows you to bring your body, mind, and spirit into a balanced state of joy and ease.


My home studio offers private and semi-private group classes.  As you step onto your mat in this peaceful setting, I am committed to support and meet you where you are at in your practice. In this way, you can grow, unwind, and connect deeply to yourself.


These classes are creatively crafted linking breath, movement, sound, and philosophy. The smaller group setting is ideal if you need more instruction versus a large group class.  In this space, I offer more personalized attention to suit a beginner or a more advanced student. My yoga classes also incorporate chakra specific postures to release any blocked energies which may be impacting you. You are invited to this serene space to experience contentment and peace on the mat and transform your life off the mat.




Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki energy is admitted through a hands off or a gentle hands on  technique. It activates the natural healing process of the body to restore physical and emotional well-being. It is based on the concept that an unseen life force energy flows through us and gives us life and vitality. 


A reiki treatment feels like a glow of radiance is flowing through and around you as it relaxes and balances the body, mind, and spirit. This holistic modality treats the whole person and creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, serenity, and wellbeing.  Many have reported miraculous results. Reiki is simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement.



Yoga Therapy bridges the gap between yoga and other wellness and health professions.  It is now widely accepted as another meaningful healing modality by chiropractors, psychologists, naturopaths, and physicians.


A yoga therapy session is deeply empowering and includes an intake involving a discussion of your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic needs. You will be guided through a check-in process of how your body feels in the present moment. The information you provide through noticing your posture, breathing, sensations, feelings, and thoughts will lead you to explore how what is happening in your body now may be connected to what is occurring in your life.


These sessions are gentle, adaptable, and appropriate for all levels. This work is private and quiet to help you connect to your deepest self and be in the present moment. This embodiment process allows for moment-to-moment awareness of what is happening in your breath, mind, and body. Meditation has many proven benefits which include, improved concentration, stress reduction, enhanced productivity, chronic pain reduction, better sleep, sustainable energy levels, increased immunity, and quieting the mind. You will learn different methods and techniques to tap into that sense of calm that exists inside of you.


No matter how busy, restless, or anxious you might be, we will work together to create and improved mindfulness ritual.  Whether you are new to meditation or desire to deepen you practice, I can help. Meditation is incorporated into all yoga sessions as well.
