Weekly Community-Sangha-Sits are for both the new and experienced meditators as we build a meditation practice into a routine you can feel confident in. Through this practice, you'll develop an awareness of what’s happening now in your body, mind, and surroundings in the present moment, in a non-judgemental way.
Our sits are virtual gatherings. Grab your cushion and have a journal close by to start your day with meditations for intention, clarity, and connection.
Our current sit schedule is as follows:
Mondays at 8:30 AM EST
Wednesdays at 8:30 AM EST
Fridays at 8:30 AM EST
Meditations are 30 minutes in length.
All sessions are available remotely, from the comfort of your home.
