Service Description

At the edges of discomfort, we get to befriend our body and transform and rediscover our innate wholeness. How do you feel reading this quote? What does it bring up for you? Right now, take a moment to practice noticing how you feel and how your body feels in response to things you read. This is how we get back into our bodies. This is how we get back in touch with our intuition. Practice noticing the way your body responds to different things throughout the day today: what people say and do, what you say and do, what commitments you make, what you say yes to. Those feelings are not just "noise" in the background... Those feelings from our body are information. Are you ignoring the cues that your body gives you? Start to embody presence while in the flow. Practice befriending you, developing awareness to discover radical presence to transform your life off of the mat! Let’s be together via live stream on Wednesdays beginning on May 11th from 9:00AM-10:00AM EST for a special Befriending You to Transform, an 8 class Yoga Therapy series focused on yoga and mindfulness for rediscovering your innate completeness and truth, connection, and presence to step off of the mat in a transformed and embodied way. Each session features gentle yoga poses coupled with mindfulness tools to soothe your nervous system, get to know habituated patterns, rediscover your truth, and build greater resilience and capacity to show up fully in the flow of your life off the mat. Each class sets you up for a whole week of inspired personal practice. Week 1 - Befriending the Body: Meeting yourself in the truth of where you're at Week 2 - Awareness Week 3 - Acceptance Week 4 - Choice Week 5 - Discernment Week 6 - Truth Week 7 - Truth in Action Week 8 - Flow Can't join live? You can still participate via recording! Each class will be available for unlimited playback for 3 days. All levels of ability and familiarity with yoga are welcome. I always teach with options and variations so that you can personalize the practice to your preferences and needs.


Cancellation Policy

24-hour cancellation policy: If a session needs to be rescheduled, please do so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If cancellation is made within less than 24-hour notice, the full rate of the session will be charged. Please be on time. Due to travel time and full client schedule sessions must start and end on time. Carve out time for the session with no interruptions. Please turn off cell phones. Time is limited and sessions will be most fruitful when these guidelines are followed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
