About the Event
The summer solstice reminds us to celebrate the nourishing light of the Sun and the light within each of us. During the Summer solstice, the Sun reaches its highest point in the sky and gives us our longest day of the year.
To kick off the official start of summer, join Cheryl for an embodiment summer solstice sunset meditation and flow to restore yoga practice! The event will be held in Cheryl's backyard - the address will be provided after ticket purchase - where you will all bask in the summer solstice golden hour light and experience a CW BODY+SOUL guided meditation and flow to restore yoga practice.
