Where there is smoke, there is burning cheese on the bottom of the oven!!!!! It didn’t take me long to notice the smell of burnt cheese emanating from the oven where my homemade pizza was cooking. Small disasters can strike at any time. As I looked inside of my very hot oven, I noticed the cheese had dripped over the sides of the crust and melted onto the bottom of the oven creating a mini fire of sorts and a lot of smoke.
